Set between Cherry Street and Lake Shore Blvd East, this is a mixed-use development of mammoth proportions. Spread over 13.5 acres, this master-planned community will house a cluster of condos, office, and retail spaces. Featuring a Barcelona-style plaza, filled with boutiques, offices, and cafes with patios, one structure that promises to be a Toronto landmark is 3C’s 50,000 sf arts complex.
