415 Broadview represents a unique opportunity to create an iconic jewel overlooking Toronto’s Don River Valley. LCH Developments and deCartier Developments have been working with the St. John Presbyterian Church for several years on a plan that restores the ageing church building; ensuring the congregation can continue to operate at their historic address as they have since 1908. Inspired by a project called The Lucas in Boston Massachusetts, the developers have retained the architect of that project, Finegold Alexander, to design a modern residential addition to rise above the heritage structure.
