Grand Niagara

Grand Niagara will soon become the premier master-planned community in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This development is located on more than 800 acres on the west side of the QEW between the Welland River and Lyon’s Creek/Biggar Road. We anticipate planning will be finalized in 2019. Opened in 2005, the Grand Niagara Golf Club occupies approximately 40% of the site. Ultimately 1600 to 1800 single family homes and townhomes will be built upon this scenic, gently rolling land. The provincial government has recently announced that the $1 billion South Niagara Hospital will be constructed immediately next door to the Grand Niagara community. This facility will become a major employer in the area and a significant demand generator for new homes.
