The Riv Condos

The Riv Condos is a new high-rise condominium development by firm Broccolini in Toronto. This 34-storey pre-construction tower with 388 units is located at 6 Labatt Ave., on the corner of River St. and Shuter St., just south of Dundas in Regent Park neighbourhood. The unit mix will range from studio to three-bedroom layouts. This project has over 12,000 square-feet of indoor amenity space and 6,000 square-feet of outdoor amenity space, which will be spread over the building’s second, third, and sixth floors.
