ArtWalk Condos

ArtWalk Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development by SmartLiving in Vaughan. This pre-construction project sits at 101 Edgeley Blvd near Highway 7 and Jane Street in SmartVMC’s master-planned community. This four-building development will rise up to 38-storeys totalling 624 residential units, 590 m2 of retail, and an underground parking garage. The condo will provide units in one and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 508 square feet to 882 square feet. Amenities will include a drive-in movie theatre, food trucks, publicly displayed art, lushly landscaped terraces, a community cafe, co-working centre, and more. The project aims to improve the quality of life for area residents and employees in Vaughan’s live-work urban environment.
