The subject site is municipally known 8905 Bathurst Street, located on the east side of Bathurst Street, north of Highway 7, in the City of Richmond Hill. It is currently occupied by the Richmond Hill Country Club surface parking area.
Tridel is proposing to develop the surface parking area with a 16 and 20-storey residential building, connected by a 2-storey amenity area, containing 396 residential units. The development will include 535 parking spaces, inclusive of 69 visitor parking spaces, in 3 levels of underground. The orientation and placement of the proposed buildings will provide views and vistas to the surrounding natural heritage system to the north and east.
