Line 5 Condos

Line 5 Condos is the first phase of a two-tower condo project located in the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood. This new development by Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties offers 1,010 units in a wide range of layouts from studio to 3-bedroom plans, plus townhomes to be released later. Amenities include a fitness studio, spa lounge, outdoor pool, BBQ areas, party lounge, art studio, and more. The project, designed by IBI Group and U31, consists of two towers, 37 and 33 storeys, linked by a 9-level podium. Each tower has its own podium, at 6 and 8 storeys. The condo suites feature balconies, with dens optimized for pull-out couches. Located at the heart of the city, Yonge and Eglinton is a vibrant neighbourhood with a high Walk Score and excellent transit options, including access to the upcoming Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
