A VISION for The Future We recently submitted a number of formal development applications to the City of Toronto and the first step towards a wholly reimagined Scarborough Junction is now complete. HELP SHAPE Scarborough Junction The Scarborough Junction development is a future mixed=use development that will tie together several established neighborhoods, creating a master-planned community that leverages an existing major transit station and recognizes the potential of this special site to develop its own unique identity. This catalytic new community will provide accessible housing with diverse tenue and a much-needed retail offering, creating places for people to gather and enjoy. The design will deliver a public realm focus through the formation of streets, squares and parks, and strong connections to the surrounding communities and to the city beyond.
